Thaddeus nodded in agreement. "Your right of course. Mivon hasn't had the best of first impressions for me, but we're nothing here if not 'New Beginnings.'

"I have every faith your up to the task."

"You honor me, my King. . ." Wynn smiled and titled her head in deference. "Thank you.

"Is there any other way that I might serve you before I depart for much less friendly lands?" She grinned.

"No, I suppose that I've kept you long enough..."

With their farewells complete, he watched her leave with a smile on his face. Even the thought of his meddlesome magister only made him laugh aloud.

Part of him wanted to reprimand him fiercely... the other part had become more amused by the end of this talk. Odd were good he'd let this go... Hopefully that decision didn't come back to haunt him later.
