Actually, that was at least two years ago . . .

However, it took me about three to change the original one I put on there. Thus, its time has yet to run a full course. The message stays.

I was going to SAY it'd been at least two....

What really surprised me was you even got a new phone in there didn't you? did you not HAVE to reset the voice mail.... or did you choose to keep it going?

Mine's a little boring/rude... but it's a business phone, so I don't know WHO will call me Shocked

I think Michelle has the best one right now. I also REALLY liked Ben's old one. The "Unlike God, I'm not always here..." message. That was awesome...

Used to love making fun voice messages. Until a very annoyed lady from the bank gave me a real talking to for doing it Sad

Some of my golden years of messaging included:

"I... i can't hear you, I <scramble, skrrhth> think signal <skrhtth> i breaking up. try moving further to the left"
(It was reported by my cousin that she watched many begin to walk left. I found this a success!)

"<classic phone-seller voice> We thank you for your donation of <more metallic voice> Three hundred and fifty dollars <back to phone-seller voice> To the Siberian warthogs foundation."
(People would hang up quickly, franticly. Then call again, and get the same message... This was when the bank-lady got angry)

C'mon...she got mad over Siberian Warthogs!?!? Thats hilarious! Not to mention so absurd that it should be obvious that you're just having fun. You know what you should do now? Just make it even more over the top absurd. Do the same message but make the "charity" something like Jetpacks for Sloths society.
